For our prestigious Client we are looking for someone who will take a position of Sales Manager Poland and will be the only one person in Poland who will build and develop cooperation with Retail Chains in Poland

Description


  • The Sales Manager is responsible for sales within the Retail area including: DIY, home living, FMCG and Electro chains
  • Responsible for Sales & Margin growth through strategic development of new product listings, product mix and promotions, marketing programs, pricing & terms, product range, local sales policy in line with the company's strategy
  • Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, analysing business developments and monitoring market trends
  • Activate, coordinate promotional activities, working with trade marketing manager, to market products
  • This person will be in charge of delivering the expected results on the local P&L for sales & marketing
  • Provides timely and accurate reports on business opportunities and customer activities


Profile
  • Minimum 3 years working in FMCG retail sales
  • Strong preference working with multi-national companies
  • Sales Executive with a proven track record
  • A pro-active change-maker: constantly analysing results and processes for improvements or out of the box solutions
  • Experience at FMCG retail and use of category & account management of consumer goods
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Analytic to understand the market place and in creating business opportunities
  • A combined strategic mind and hands-on operational approach: starting from vision over the objectives and strategies
  • Cost management: used to work with Profit & Loss structure - by customer and global sales budget
  • Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency
