For our Client international company from ICT sector which develops its center Szczecin we are looking for

 


Site Operations Manager

Lokalizacja: Szczecin

Zakres obowiązków: 
  • Own the execution of the company strategy to turn the Szczecin office into the main innovation center of the company engineering world-wide.
  • Work in close partnership with HR and facilities departments to ensure ambitious strategic hiring goals are successfully met with exceptional talent. 
  • Accountable for problem resolution for any Szczecin site strategy affecting obstacles.
  • Maintain, monitor, and provide reporting to various levels of the company management on Szczecin site strategy, and any projects under their management with clearly defined KPIs.
  • Be the driving force in the business development process for the strategic build out of the facility, including mass people acquisition.
  • Manage the execution of multiple, simultaneous running projects, to ensure delivery on time and on budget: Align with senior leaders and executives in technology, product, HR and other stakeholders to understand Poland resourcing needs and propose annual and quarterly buildout targets, buildout plan and overall resourcing success criteria.
  • Oversee all financial processes within Polish entity as well as legal processes in conjunction with the Polish law.
  • Work with finance in modelling funding and projections, monitoring of funding to hiring targets, attrition funding and allocate to appropriate center financials. In partnership with finance and facilities, drive the facility buildout projects, seating and limitation planning, and ensure all necessary facility activates take place in order to meet the Poland success criteria.
  • Be proactive in monitoring attrition rates and root causes, competitive benefit and salary packaging, market and local industry analysis in partnership with local HR. 
  • Align closely with HR to champion culture building activities, recruiting and employer branding, boot camping and training of new programmers and tester.
  • Unblock any recruiting challenges to ensure the Poland targets are met and propose applicable processes to support recruiting activities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional project team meetings and discussions to: gather/confirm all requirements, formulate business specs and translate those into business functionality; ensure appropriate participation and team focus on objectives, documentation and communication of agreements and conclusions.
  • Work closely with leadership, be expected to meet tight deadlines, and provide recommendation for the continuous improvement of project management process and tools, while also offering administrative and coordination support.
  • Ensure strong communication with employees to develop strong relationship
  • Provide leadership to the entire company
Wymagania: 
  • Master degree (technical or general business) or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of experience in managing a company with 50 or more engineers in technology sector (business development or operational positions).
  • Project management skills and understanding of technological processes in fast growing organization.
  • Strong market knowledge within IT sector.
  • Experience in international corporation.
  • Professional conduct with customers and in interdisciplinary work situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Satisfactory knowledge of accounting and legal issues including transfer pricing issues is a plus.
  • Fluent English
