Client Details

Our Client is an international well-recognized company, the leader of their market. For their new Shared Service Center located in Wroclaw we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Indirect Procurement Specialist.


Processing of Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders and sending out to suppliers

Receives and reviews purchase requisitions for compliance

Support to the SRM rollout plan according to specifications

SRM Customizing

Coordinating and performing testing activities

Key-User training

Implementation of Corporate Purchasing Process Procedures in the system along company definitions

Analysis and solving user requests independently

Coordination and tracking of tickets with IT Department

User Data Maintenance

Follows established procedures and best practices


Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Procurement or Supply Chain

Management Desirable Procure to Pay (P2P) or Shared Service Center experience

1+year of experience in purchasing environment

Application knowledge on SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)

Knowledge of Italian or French language

Knowledge of English language

Good analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail
