Order Management Specialist (m/f)
We are looking for an experienced and service minded professional. The job requires prompt communication and proactive co-operation within Supply Chain and other stakeholders.The chosen person will contribute to developing work procedures for Operational Supply Chain.

Co-ordinate and maintain the order to invoice process including order entry, invoicing, credits, price agreements, stock management, overdue payments etc.
Deal with queries from Customers or Sales Team in a timely manner
Liaising with Sales Managers, Logistics, Mill Production Planning to ensure accuracy regarding schedule adherence
Provide support to Commercial Team with timely responses to enquiries
Be familiar with Products and Processes to facilitate swift responses to customer enquiries
Maintain accuracy on customer forecast information to support all planning activities
Maintain accurate and organized customer related system data
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements
Participate in regular business reviews and conference calls
Process sample requests
Fluency in English
Ability to perform under pressure and handle several tasks simultaneously with high quality
Ability to generate appropriate and robust business relationships with customers
Proven experience in order management
Good communication and interpersonal skills - a team player, comfortable in an international matrix set-up
Knowledge of IT-tools used in customer service (MS Office, SAP R/3 sales receivables)
Ability to work within a dynamic team environment
